What's the Matter? In-Person
We're excited to partner with Science Central to bring another great program, What's the Matter?, to the Library. Join us in the Assembly Room for a demonstration full of science facts and fun on Monday, December 29th, from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.
Liquid nitrogen is always a smash hit, and this demonstration highlights the physical properties of matter with lots of shockingly cool phenomena! Grade-schoolers will learn how to make observations and use those observations to classify materials as solid, liquid, or gas and see the energy changes associated with changes of state.
