First Steps in Music (Ages 3-5) In-Person
The Fort Wayne Children’s Choir will offer First Steps in Music classes at the Library beginning Monday, September 29th and ending on November 17th. The classes will meet in the Close Community Room on the upper level of the Main Library.
There will be 8 weekly sessions for children ages 3-5 and their parent/caregiver. Participants will enjoy singing, creative movement, simple instruments, finger-plays, and more. Each class is designed to be playful and enjoyable to children while providing a carefully planned curriculum that includes developmentally appropriate activities.
This class for children ages 3-5 will run from 9:30 - 10:00 am. (A class for children ages 0-3 will run from 9:00 - 9:30 am and is a separate event on this calendar.)
Space is limited, and registration is required for each individual session. Please register just the child or children who will be attending, not the adult. It will be assumed that children will be accompanied by their caregivers.
